Iron Pax Challenge Week #2

Workout:

400 meter run

10 Thrusters at the shovel flag with a cinder block carry block overhead to cone #1 and complete 25 durkins and carry block overhead back to the shovel flag

10 thrusters and 25 “blockees” (burpee with the cinder block) at cone #2, carry block overhead back to flag

10 thrusters and 25 weighted squats at cone #3, carry block overhead back to flag

10 thrusters and 25 block swings at cone #4, carry block overhead back to flag

10 thrusters and 25 block presses at cone #5, carry block overhead back to flag

10 thrusters and 25 alpos, (high pull with a cross hand grip), carry block overhead back to flag

10 thrusters and that completes one round.

Try and get as many rounds in 43 minutes as you can.

Everyone worked hard today and no one got hurt.  Tough workout all around.
