THE THANG:

  • Bus circle for Over-Under
    • PAX lines up and each completes 2 Pull-Ups followed by 2 Erkins on the rail then final member lunges to the end to start over again, until full bus circle is completed
    • Plank leg raises (X10 each side)
  • The Hill
    • WWIIs at the top
    • Squats at the bottom
  • Rock pile for rotating curls for the girls, rock rows, tricep extensions, OHPs, American Hammers
  • Bleachers
    • Lean Beef (X10 each side)
    • Clorox merkins
    • Heel-calf raises
