We had 12 runners  and 5 ruckers. We got our Super Bowl party started early.

WARMUP:

Let’s roll.  

THE THANG:

Divided into fast and not so fast groups:

We ran the Tar River Greenway downstream.

The fast group stayed on the Greenway till College Hill returning through campus.

The not so fast group turned right on 5th. Then turning right at McDonalds.

The fast group ran an impressive 7 miles and the not so fast group ran a respectable 5 miles.

Made Me Late’s ankle-those pine cones will get you every time.

The college students going down the wrong road and bragging about it.

I want to challenge everyone to give the Sunday Commons a try. These Sunday runs and rucks are a great way to start your day and set the tone for your week.
