Last week marked my triumphant return to The Good Fight after “the thumb incident”.  This week it was time to cast my fears aside and step up to Q.  A disclaimer was given–spacing is important, gentlemen–and off we went.

5 Turkish get ups each arm  (This one was popular)

15 kettle bell swings

20 squats

10 halos

10 lunges each leg

20 curls or 10 each arm

15 merkins

1 lap around park

3 sets of 20 kettle bell merkins

2 sets of 5 burpees (my favorite Mary)

2 sets of flutterkicks without kettle bells…..safety first :)
