I haven’t had the opportunity to at BLP in a while and it was an honor to be able to get back out there.  We had a huge turnout with 28 PAX showing up to get their week started off right!  The workout went a little something like this:

Warmup:

  1. Side Straddle Hops – 10 Reps
  2. Good Mornings – 10 Reps
  3. Squats – 10 Reps
  4. Merkins – 10 Reps

Took a warmup lap around the Softball Fields and met up at the Rock pile for a little upper body action:

Repeated 2 times at the Rock Pile:

  1. Curls for the Girls – To Failure
  2. Elevator Merkins – To Failure
  3. Tricep Extensions – To Failure
  4. Shoulder Press – To Failure

Moseyed over to the Volleyball Court area

Partnered up for a little DORA 1…2…3 (Partner ran around 200 yards while the other performed reps)

  1. Lunges – 100 Reps
  2. WW1’s – 200 Reps
  3. Mountain Climbers – 300 Reps

Ran Poles for 3 total reps doing the following at each light pole:

  1. 10 Merkins
  2. 10 Squats
  3. 3 Burpees

Moseyed back to the flag and circled up for Name-O-Rama
