I haven’t had the opportunity to at BLP in a while and it was an honor to be able to get back out there. We had a huge turnout with 28 PAX showing up to get their week started off right! The workout went a little something like this:
Warmup:
- Side Straddle Hops – 10 Reps
- Good Mornings – 10 Reps
- Squats – 10 Reps
- Merkins – 10 Reps
Took a warmup lap around the Softball Fields and met up at the Rock pile for a little upper body action:
Repeated 2 times at the Rock Pile:
- Curls for the Girls – To Failure
- Elevator Merkins – To Failure
- Tricep Extensions – To Failure
- Shoulder Press – To Failure
Moseyed over to the Volleyball Court area
Partnered up for a little DORA 1…2…3 (Partner ran around 200 yards while the other performed reps)
- Lunges – 100 Reps
- WW1’s – 200 Reps
- Mountain Climbers – 300 Reps
Ran Poles for 3 total reps doing the following at each light pole:
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Squats
- 3 Burpees
Moseyed back to the flag and circled up for Name-O-Rama
