The Thang: B.L.I.M.P.S at each light pole on collard patch drive: 5 burps, 10 lunges (2 is 1), 15 imperial walkers (2 is 1), 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats, rinse and repeat back down collard patch drive to where we started

Partner up with a rock, AMRAP: 20 curls, 20 OHP, 20 tricep extensions, 20 squats while your partner runs to the end of collard patch drive, 15 minutes.

Escalator 1st corner: 5 burps, 2nd corner: 5 burps, 10 dry docks, 3rd corner: 5 burps, 10 dry docks, 15 WW1, 4th corner: 5 burpees, 10 dry docks, 15 WW1, 20 WW2.
