Mosey to flag and buddy up but choose wisely. Partner Drag to the cement structure which is approximately 100 yards. The look you get when everyone thinks you are kidding is priceless. Directions were given to alternate as needed but had to go down and back.
It was mentioned by the PAX that “I thought this was a KB workout.” Don’t worry everyone I know it is The Good Fight and a KB workout, trust me.
Coming back in Piper said “I told yall he was angry”, and that was only the beginning.
Next Lap same instructions but buddy carry down and back.
Warm-up over(Some said time to go home)
Same Partner instructions were unclear so had to be modified. Sorry for the confusion but went down like this:
Each partner does 50 reps for 100 total, while the other runs with the KB up the ditch. The KB was not to hit the ground until 6:15!
Exercises were as follows:
Sumo Squat High Pull
KB Swings
Curls
V-UPS
Round 2
Deadlifts
Push Press (Said Hallelujiah but Abu corrected me on this thanks buddy.)
Tricep Extensions
American Hammer
Time was called during the AH, and final exercise hold out the KB and go around the circle and everyone counts to 5.
Boom 6:15 drop them!

Moleskin:
This morning was a blast and thanks to Pied Piper for letting me Q. I enjoy Qing this site very much and love the KB aspect and finding new ways to push myself and the PAX. Piper put out a tweet the day before about me being angry, and I have to say that would not describe the last month as much as the word stressful. Much has happened the past month with wife starting a new job, school changes, terrible two’s and crazy meltdowns with my 2.0 and much other crap that has really stressed me out lately. Between the run on Saturday and running by myself for 1 hour plus and pushing the limits harder than I thought I could and Qing this workout, that was the medicine I needed, and just to clear my head and push it to the max. I feel bad because I have taken a lot of my stress from work home to my wife and daughter, and they have felt that and carried that burden with me. Stress is a unfortunate part of life, and we all experience it at times, but I always remember one thing and that is “God Will Never give you more than you can handle,” and over the past few weeks I have cried out about it because I felt I was sinking, but my wife, daughter, F3 brothers and our ultimate savior was there pulling me out of the muck. Thank you to all who posted today and also ran with me on Saturday, this week has been a turning of the page.
God Bless
Good words, thanks for leading and trying to manage the PAX #mumblechatter!
