Run down Firetower away from Evans St to the stoplight and back.

2 rounds of Halos with the kettlebell, 2 rounds of squatting holding kettlebell in front.

Workout:

 

Round 1.  5 deadlifts, 5 high pulls, 5 kettlebell swings, 5 goblet squats.  In between each kettlebell movement we did 5 merkins.

run to the path do 5 burpees and run back to circle.

Round 2: 10 deadlifts, 10 highpulls, 10 kettlebell swings, 10 goblet squats.  10 merkins in between each movement.

run to the path do 5 burpees and back to the circle.

Round 3: 15 deadlifts, 15 highpulls, 15 kettlebell swings, 15 goblet squats.  10 merkins in between each movement

run to the path and back

Round 4:  repeat round 2

Round 5:  due to time we did the 4 kettle bell movements back to back with no merkins in between and did 15 merkins to finish.

We ended with a round of flutter kicks and Freddie Mercurys.

 

Great workout by all the Pax, it wasn’t an easy one.
