Expansion Comes to a Close!

 YHC was scheduled to Q the last weekend of the Farmville expansion. YHC talked to Mayhem on Monday night and Mayhem called for a VQ. YHC contacted a view Farmville PAX members and asked them would they be interested in getting that VQ! Jennay told YHC that he wasn’t ready but he would do it! Tclaps to Jennay for stepping up! The workout went something like this.

Warm-Up

The Thang

• Jennay didn’t want to mess around with this. Let’s go ahead and do something that is going to push the pax right out of the gate. Circle Burpees is called, we went around the circle and every brother called down. 15 burpees were performed!
• Mosey to what is now called the “Island of Love”. Performed 50 step up and 50 dips OYO, plank for the 6. We then moseyed to the track. YHC wanted to incorporate the Bojangles Biscuit since thats been the choice of coffeteria in Farmville. Sprint the straights on the track and mosey the corners add 5 blueberries (burpees) each lap for 2 laps with a plank for the 6. Moseyed back to the Island for 25 dips and 25 step ups. Short mosey to the tennis courts for 11’s with Merks/WW1’s, Cousin It led B2W and peoples chair for the 6. One more trip to the Island for 12 dips and 12 step ups. Time to hit the rock pile up now!
• Circled up for curls for the girls at the rock pile. Started with 16 curls and went down 1 rep each time and switched rocks. Every PAX member got to call a cadence, YHC can’t count should have started at 15 not 16! Tclaps to Manhole for getting a tap rock AGAIN! Mosey to the FMS gym wall. Partner up for a round of B2W and peoples chair. One partner hold while other partner runs to flag then flap jack. Mosey to flag for Mary: Money Shot called LBC’S (IC) and Cousin It made us spell FITNESS (IC).

Thank you to F3ENC for rolling this expansion out! We had 23 FNG’s show up in 6 weeks. We’ve already got 3 AO’s! This has taken off in such a short time frame. Looking forward to gaining new brothers and seeing how big this can get in Farmville! Time to start getting some more VQ’s from the Farmville guys now!
