Moleskin: With the temps in the 20s, a WOD for time is a great way to warm up. It also silenced the mumblechatter as everyone was sucking wind, or as Tonka put it was using all their mental energy to keep track of reps. The second part was supposed to be 5 rounds but after a quick assessment of PAX YHC decided to move on to something else after 3 rounds. Unfortunately for the PAX the 3rd series of exercises didn’t provide any relief. They both required a lot of balance and core. That’s my version of Mary for ya. Thanks for having me out Cousin IT. Glad to be back at Sue. Looking forward to next week as String Bean said it would be harder.
