The Thang:

1) Test the Hypothesis

7 minute scientific workout- 30 seconds High Intensity, 10 seconds rest, each exercise.

2) Geology class

Pick up a rock. Do exercise 15 reps then move one rock to right and do next exercise.

Curls for the girls

Goblet squat

Triceps

Shoulder press

Bent row

Back to curls and go through each one stepping one rock to the right after each exercise. This round, do 10 reps each.

3) Retest the hypothesis- Go back to shelter and repeat Scientific workout.

4) “Buns”en burners. Circle up for Failure to launch. Go down the line. Each pax do a 10 count Al Gore then end with a tuck jump. Repeat for next pax til everyone has opportunity to go.

5) Peer Review- Partner up for a mini-Dora. 50 merkins, 100 squats, 150 LBCs.

6) Back to flag- 2 minute stretch.
