The Thang: Mosey to the rock pile, curls for the girls halfway up X 10, curls for the girls halfway up X 10, curls for the girls  FULL X 10.

Mosey to the track for the NORDICK CHALLENGE, 30 minute was put on the scoreboard and we were off.

  5. 50 Monkey Humpers – 1 lap
  6. 60 Lunges – 1 lap

  9. 90 Flutter Kicks – 1 lap
  10. 100 Moroccan’s – 1 lap

the PAX pushed but could’t get it done in the time of 30 minutes, it took us about 38 minutes.  PAX moseyed to the flag and it was 8:00.
