THE THANG: 5 exercises 55 reps each, to make the mind at ease I recommended counting down from 10, then 9 and so on.  SEAL decided to just go 55 straight reps.

1: Hills 2. Durkins 3. WW1 4. Lunges 5. Erkins

Curls for the girls in cadence starting at 10 and working down to 1.

Mosey to the flag for a round of “I get knocked down” by Tubthumping.  SSH hops while the song is playing when it says “I get knocked down” PAX did 1 Burpee.  There were 32 burpees throughout the song, unfortunately 6:15 came about 60 seconds into the song.
