Well 17 Paxs showed up for my first Q and even mayhem was on time!!!!

15 good mornings

20 side straddle hops

20 imperial walkers

20 WW1 sit ups

Then the 4 corners, first corner 10 Peter Parker’s, second corner 20 windshield wipers, third 30 captain thors, fourth 40 flutter kicks, then plank for the six.

Next we went on a 1 mile snake run, fast paced and on time.

Now to the Dora 1 2 3 , 100 WW2 sit ups, 200 Plank jacks, then 300 LBC’S

Then a round of Mary, and i could of not picked two better to do it, 50 flutter kicks from spinal tap, and the ABU to finish it off.
