I guess that everyone must be trying to look like tater because there were a whole bunch of people at the good fight swinging bells today.  35 to be exact.  The Ruckers rolled in about the same time as YHC from their Extra Credit.  I think they are starting at 4:20 now so if you want to get as tough as these guys, you’re gonna have to start waking up pretty early.  This is how it went down.

The mumble chatter was a lot of fun today.  T-claps to Wimpy for finding several opportunities to take a break in the middle of the workout and to String Bean for not letting the Burpee Penalty thing go.   The mumble chatter is important because it is one of the ways we communicate and it’s always refreshing to hear 35 guys laughing at 5:30 in the AM.

Welcome to Caboose and the Silverback.  We hope to continue seeing you guys in the gloom.

Thank you to Pied Piper and Abu for excellent demonstrations.  T-Claps to Bambino, Spinal Tap, Pied Piper, Thunderbird, and Patch for helping out today.

T-Claps to Bono for his investigative work during the workout and story time with Bono to help guide the naming of our FNGs.

Great word from Gang Starr on the Knights in Training Books.  I always appreciate the accountability and guidance in the area of fatherhood.
