You know it is gonna be a good workout when the mumblechatter starts the day before, and it didn’t disappoint.  It’s amazing what personal call outs can do in getting the group going.  Reaching out to runners, ruckers and boot campers to come together to sling some kettlebells while talking trash is a recipe for good times.

Warmup:

We gathered up a very large circle, and I did a little too much talking, but tricked the group into thinking we would start with some wimpy arm circles.  I called them some foul names and instructed half the group to run to the Tapped light and back while the other half did 10 over-the-ditch-burpees.  Then the groups switched, and then headed back to the circle.
